Anne Phung Nguyen

My name is Anne Phung Nguyen and I am a Vietnamese American entrepreneur residing in beautiful Orange County California with my incredible fiance JP and my happy-go-lucky Dad Henry. A majority of my followers are familiar with me from my Instagram @annephung, where I document my life - highs and lows, as well as everything in between. When I was just 1 1/2 years old My family and I immigrated from the United States to America. If it weren't because of the sacrifices made by my parents I might not have been here to share my life with people like you. My parents were my inspiration and helped me become successful. My mind knew what the plan was for life. Attend college, and then graduate. Be married. Purchase a home. Get kids. My goal was to attend college after graduation, and then find an executive job. Then I'd get married to buy a home and have kids. Life had other ideas. My corporate job in 2013 was a job I hated. The status and wealth didn't bring me happiness. I felt I was wasting away my existence to get a pay check. I possessed a love of working out and I enjoyed getting out and about with friends. while I walked the new direction in my life. I was drawn to personal training. In 2014, I founded my small company which will mark the 7th anniversary of my company by 2021. Few Asian women work in the fashion industry. To be a leader in my field and offer quality coaching, to enable others to achieve better health and happiness by creating a healthy lifestyle to meet their needs and to reach their objectives. Furthermore, I try to motivate others to follow their dreams and goals in order to achieve whatever they wish to do. My career took off as I was experiencing the most successful times of my life. My mother died just as my career began to take off. After battling for eight years with Scleroderma, she is currently resting in Heaven. I will never forget her, and always keep her in my thoughts and in my heart. It is possible to learn from our experiences, though we may not be able to see it now. It was my mother's sudden death that changed me for good. And I really believe it gave me an opportunity to live my life. Her death occurred on Tet/Lunar New Year Day it was the perfect time to start her new life, and also for me to have my second chance of living the most happy, joyful and meaningful life. At the age of 30 I feel a sense of being alive and in the moment. It's not that I'm just another number. My life is shared with my readers so that I am able to be able to share my stories and words. This can help you realize that you're not on your own. You are capable of accomplishing anything you wish in your life. Therapy is essential and normal. Health is the best asset. There is only one chance to live. I want you to be the best version of yourself.
