Molly Tarlov is an American actress who is famous for her part as Sadie Saxton in the teen comedy-drama show Awkward from 2011. Tarlov is the youngest daughter of two who was raised in Manhattan. At the age of 10years old, Tarlov started her acting career with the show Bye Bye Birdie, at Little Red School House. The 7th graders who attended the show were very impressed. As she grew older, she studied at NYU Tisch located in Paris and Interlochen Center for the Arts. Bennington College is where she earned her bachelor of Arts (theatre) and trained in many different acting styles. The Atlantic Theater Company was another school she attended. The writer also was incorporated into her show during the LAByrinth Theater master class. Molly exchanged her winter coat for dark sunglasses and headed to Los Angeles. Her quick rise to fame was when she landed a three word character on iCarly which garnered a lot of attention from her parents. Molly has made a number of TV appearances, and also developed the role of Caitlin on Winnie Holzman as well as Savannah Dooley's ABC's Family show Huge. Molly claims to be able to perform basketball with ease even though she isn't. Her favourite writers include David Mamet, Henrik Ibsen and Lauren Iungerich.
